Grab the leads. Hold the property.
- 📍New leads light up around the block. Run in and grab the pickups on the property: tax notices, mail piles, For Rent cards, deeds. Each one adds to your lead lists and gives you a boost.
- 🤝Stand in the zone to put it under contract. Rival Realty sends agents to every lead. Tag them out with your rifle and hold the zone while it fills.
- 🎯Snipe from range: the seller sign in a window gives intel and a head start, rival “WE PAY CA$H” bandit signs and lead drones pay cash, and drones drop crates.
- ⛔Stay out of red Do Not Contact zones. Three strikes ends your round. Get tagged three times and you’re out for 3 seconds.
- 🏠Win the Big Deal, win a real lead. Take the Big Deal at the end of the round and post your score: you get a real lead from a public county list (a foreclosure, sheriff sale, probate, tax-delinquent property and more) with the owner’s name and address from county records, delivered to your Phone Sniper contacts.
- 🦺Armor and health around town. A Title Insurance vest soaks up the next three hits. A little Home Warranty house puts your composure back. They come back a little while after you grab them.
- 🏨Storm the Grand Hotel. Three floors you can walk through: the lobby, guest rooms with doors that swing open, a balcony and stairs to the roof. Grab the Gatling gun on display in the lobby (4 to switch to it), and when the Big Deal starts, tag the gunner on the roof and man his Gatling yourself (F).
- 📜Out west: special contracts. Grab the gold-marked contract before Rival Realty does, carry it into the Land Office at the west end of town, and sell it to the clerk for cash and gun upgrades.
- 🏚️Evict the squatters. Horse thieves are holed up in three old rentals out past town, past the arroyos and down in the valleys. Tag every one of them out to evict them for cash. Watch the alleys and gullies for bandit ambushes, and stop by the saloon for a sarsaparilla when you’re hurting.
- 🚙Drive. Hop in your ride or any parked car (F) to cross the map fast. Rivals still shoot at you, and you have to get out to capture.
- 🏛️The Big Deal: near the end, Rival Realty holds 777 Summit Ridge with five agents. Take it for $200,000.

Know the signs
Every target in the game is a real signal investors build lists from. In real life you pull these owners from list data, then text thousands of them in an afternoon.
- Tall grass
- Nobody’s mowed in months, often a vacant house.
- Boarded windows
- Vacant property the owner is paying to keep.
- Tax notice, tax lien
- Behind on property taxes.
- Piled-up mail
- Absentee owner who lives somewhere else.
- For rent
- A landlord who may be tired of tenants.
- Code violation
- City fines adding up.
- FSBO, overgrown lot
- Land owners who want out.
- Do Not Contact
- Never text. Phone Sniper blocks these numbers from your campaigns automatically.
Now do it with real sellers.
Phone Sniper texts the owners on your list, sorts the replies into hot, warm and cold, and keeps every Do Not Contact number out of your campaigns. 10DLC registration is free on every plan.
