Multiplayer is live: battle investors nationwide for real leads in your market
Phone Sniper: The Game now has one big multiplayer lobby. Pick the counties you buy in, join Investors or Squatters, and when your team wins, everyone on it gets a real lead from their own target market.

Until now, Phone Sniper: The Game was you against Rival Realty. Today it gets a lot louder. Multiplayer is live: one big lobby, two teams, players from all over the country, and real leads for the winners.
Here's the part that makes it different from every other shooter you've played. Before you join, you pick your target market: the counties you actually buy in, in any state. When your team wins the match, everyone on the winning team gets a real lead from their own counties. Your teammate in Phoenix gets a Maricopa County lead. You get one from Denver. Same win, each of you gets a lead in the market you work.
How a match works
Matches are team battles to 100 points, or whoever leads when the 10-minute clock runs out. You score the way real investors win deals: by getting there first and holding the property.
| What you do | Points for your team |
|---|---|
| Capture a property when it lights up | 5 (hot leads 10) |
| Take the Big Deal at the Grand Hotel near the end | 25 |
| Carry the special contract to the Land Office | 15 |
| Evict the horse thieves from a rental out past town | 5 |
| Take down a player on the other team | 1 |
| Stand in a Do Not Contact zone | −5 |
That last one matters. Just like in real life, a Do Not Contact zone costs you. Every few seconds your team spends inside one, you lose 5 points, so a careless teammate can hand the other side the match.

Step 1: pick your target market
Open the game and click Multiplayer: Investors vs Squatters on the start screen (or Where do you want real leads? right under it). Choose a state, type to find your county, and tick it. Add as many as you want, in as many states as you want. If you wholesale in Phoenix and flip in Denver, pick both.

When your team wins, your lead comes from your counties first. If there isn't one ready there, it comes from the nearest county in the same state that has one, and the game tells you exactly where it came from.
Step 2: pick a gamertag and a side
Type a gamertag, pick Investors or Squatters (or let the game even out the teams), and you're in. If a match is already running, you jump straight in. If the lobby is quiet, warmup lets you practice the captures and the contract run until someone joins the other side.
Everything from the regular game is in play: the six-shooter, the rifle and scattergun, the Gatling in the Grand Hotel lobby, the Sniper Gatling behind the vault, Title Insurance vests, Home Warranty health, the saloon bar, and the Land Office upgrades you've already earned.

Step 3: win, then claim your lead
When the match ends, everyone on the winning team sees a card: Your team won. Claim your real lead. Enter your email (if this device is already signed in, it's one click) and the lead is yours: the property, the owner's name and the address from public county records.

- Already a Phone Sniper customer? It lands in your contacts within a few minutes. Skip trace it there for phone numbers, then text the owner.
- New? Start a free demo with the same email and it's waiting in your contacts.
To keep it fair, a lead only drops for a played-out match: at least three minutes, at least 15 points for the winners, and not a win because the other team quit.
Which leads you get: A, B, C and D
Every lead on the game lists is scored from 1 to 100 using what the public records say about the owner's situation: what kind of list it's on (foreclosure, probate, tax-delinquent, code violations, vacant), whether it's on more than one, whether the owner lives somewhere else or out of state, how soon a sale date is, and how fresh the list is.
Then each lead gets a grade within its own market. The top 10% in Maricopa County are A leads, even if Cook County has more leads overall. So every market has its own A list.
Your Phone Sniper plan decides how often you draw from the top:
| Plan | How often you get an A lead |
|---|---|
| Enterprise | About half the time |
| Business | About a third of the time |
| Pro | About 1 in 5 |
| Basic | About 1 in 8 |
| Starter | Now and then (mostly B and C) |
| Free | Mostly D, sometimes C (one lead a day) |
Where the leads come from
Leads come from public county records and government open-data lists: foreclosure and sheriff sale notices, probate notices, tax-delinquent lists, code violations and vacant property lists. Colorado has the deepest coverage today. The rest of the country is being added county by county as public lists are found, starting with the biggest metro areas, and they're re-checked every day.
